I'm playing catch up on our weekly news. I didn't show you what we did the week before Spring Break so I will combine it with this past weeks items as well. Below we rolled some cars and trucks in paint to see the different patterns the wheels make. Some left a smooth track and some were bumpy.

The children had to look at sets of four cars at a time and put a Lego tire on the car that is different.
Creating a maze out of clay and blocks for our Hexbugs. It started out really simple with clay and then they decided to add blocks to it. I love what they created!
On our last day before Eater Break we paraded through the school showing everyone our Easter hats!Our first day back Fr. George came and gave us a blessing with Holy Water.
God's creatures are putting a damper on our playground fun again. In the Fall we had the bunnies and for Spring we have a mother duck and her 11 eggs!!
We were still able to have some fun outside.
We started making our Mother's Day gifts. Shh! Don't tell Mom.
I moved the clay table to our kitchen area so they can set up a restaurant. I loved watching them. Some worked the cash register, some prepared the food, some pretended to be the customers.
I received this set of Cubelets at a Professional Development class I have been attending over the past few months. I enjoyed watching this guy put them to work. He never wanted to leave the table.
